Sie leitet das Future Learning and Engineering Experiences Lab und wurde 2025 mit dem Landeslehrpreis des Landes Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg ausgezeichnet.<\/p>\n<p>Zuvor war sie als Beraterin bei McKinsey &amp; Company t\u00e4tig mit dem Schwerpunkt digitale Transformation. Dort lehrt und forscht er zur Mensch-Computer-Interaktion, Usability und User Experience.<br \/>\nNach seinem Studium der Elektrotechnik an der RWTH Aachen erwarb er als Stipendiat der RWTH am Imperial College der University of London einen M.Sc. in Computing Science sowie das Diploma of Imperial College. Anschlie\u00dfend hielt sie eine Juniorprofessur f\u00fcr \u201ePurchasing and Supply Management\u201c \u00a0am Supply Chain Management Institute an der European Business School (EBS), Schloss Reichartshausen, inne. Dort wurde sie 2008 in Betriebswirtschaftslehre habilitiert. Seit April 2009 ist sie Inhaberin des Lehrstuhls f\u00fcr Supply Chain Management an der Universit\u00e4t Erlangen-N\u00fcrnberg.<\/p>\n<p>Die Forschungsschwerpunkte von Prof. Hartmann liegen insbesondere in den Bereichen Supply Chain Management, Einkauf und Strategic Foresight. Ihre Forschungsaktivit\u00e4ten adressieren hochaktuelle und zukunftsweisende Themen wie den Einsatz von KI in Lieferketten, nachhaltiges Supply Chain Management und die digitale Transformation, insbesondere an der Schnittstelle von Wissenschaft und Praxis. Ein zentrales Ziel seiner Arbeit ist die erfolgreiche Weiterentwicklung der Hochschule in einer sich wandelnden Bildungslandschaft \u2013 insbesondere durch moderne, flexible Lehrformate und den Einsatz und Umgang mit K\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz in Studium und Lehre.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Dr. Negri studierte International Management (B.A.) sowie Sportwissenschaft &#8211; Organisationsentwicklung &amp; Management (M.A.) und promovierte berufsbegleitend an der Universit\u00e4t Potsdam. Die Dissertation wurde von der Universit\u00e4t mit einer Publikationspr\u00e4mie gef\u00f6rdert und im Springer Verlag ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Seine ersten praktischen T\u00e4tigkeiten f\u00fchrten ihn zun\u00e4chst als Assistent des Verlegers in die Ganske-Verlagsgruppe sowie anschlie\u00dfend zu Schott Glas nach Mainz. Dort war er am Aufbau eines Inhouse Consultings beteiligt, welches er zuletzt auch leitete. Zudem war als Direct Report zum CEO f\u00fcr das Strategieumsetzungsmonitoring verantwortlich. Diese T\u00e4tigkeiten waren von intensiver Zusammenarbeit mit den Top Management Consultingunternehmen BCG, ADL sowie A.T. Kearney gepr\u00e4gt. Daher lag es f\u00fcr ihn nahe, in einem n\u00e4chsten beruflichen Entwicklungsschritt in die externe Unternehmensberatung zu wechseln. Mehr als zwanzig Jahre arbeitete er in f\u00fchrenden Positionen f\u00fcr verschiedene Beratungsunternehmen, vorwiegend in den Beratungsfeldern Marketing, Vertrieb, Strategie und Organisation. In dieser Rolle organisiert er regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Beschaffungsforen zu aktuellen Themen, die \u00fcber 100 Teilnehmer aus Wirtschaft und Forschung anziehen.<\/p>\n<p>Vor seiner akademischen Laufbahn sammelte Prof. Zeisel umfassende Erfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung und Industrie. Seine berufliche Laufbahn begann er bei der renommierten internationalen Managementberatung A.T. Kearney, wo er Projekte unter anderem in den Bereichen Einkauf und Supply-Chain Management leitete.<\/p>\n<p>Einen Gro\u00dfteil seiner Karriere verbrachte Prof. Zeisel in leitenden Positionen bei der Deutsche Post DHL. In verschiedenen Funktionen verantwortete er ein Einkaufsvolumen von \u00fcber 3 Mrd. \u20ac und f\u00fchrte gro\u00dfe Teams.
